Milmares Equipamentos e Serviços Marítimos Ltda was created on May 10, 2000 with the ideal to provide:

• Offshore support, maritime transportation of passengers and cargo;
• Port Support and towing;
• Maritime transport of water, fuels and lubricants to vessels, land and maritime facilities;
• Leasing or chartering of vessels, boats and equipments bareboat or crewed;

Its Integrated Management System was named Sistema de Gestão Milmares - SGM.
